Entangled by Cat Clarke

Description from Goodreads:
The same questions whirl round and round in my head:
What does he want from me?
How could I have let this happen?
AM I GOING TO DIE?
17-year-old Grace wakes up in a white room, with a table, pens and paper – and no clue how she got here.
As Grace pours her tangled life onto the page, she is forced to remember everything she’s tried to forget. There’s falling hopelessly in love with the gorgeous Nat, and the unravelling of her relationship with her best friend Sal. But there’s something missing. As hard as she’s trying to remember, is there something she just can’t see?
Grace must face the most important question of all. Why is she here?
A story of dark secrets, intense friendship and electrifying attraction.
I loved this book! It totally sucked me in and I couldn’t put it down. I just wanted answers, so I had to keep reading. I had a pretty good idea of what had happened, but I wanted confirmation on what I thought I knew.
Grace was a really interesting character. I liked her, but she drove me nuts. Sometimes I loved her, sometimes she drove me crazy, sometimes she made me laugh, and sometimes she made me cry. She felt very real and authentic and just interesting.
I really liked how the story unraveled. Grace was telling her own story, but she was very honest about it. I would have liked to have gotten to know Sal, Nat, and Devon better, but I think the level the reader understands them makes sense because it’s all Grace’s perspective.
Without giving any spoilers, I was kind of sad when the book ended. Though I understood what had happened and where it ends makes sense, I wanted to know more.
Definitely recommend this book to anyone and I can’t wait for another book by Cat Clarke!
